About the Role: We're seeking a highly organized and creative assistant to help a rising Latin artist execute a social media campaign and manage daily tasks related to content creation, audience engagement, and email marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique music journey, leveraging social media to create viral impact while working directly with a Grammy-nominated artist.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Manage weekly live sessions, including promotion and scheduling.
Content Coordination:
Assist with planning and organizing video shoots in various Miami locations.
Support post-production and video editing for music content.
Ensure consistent branding and aesthetic across all platforms.
Influencer Outreach:
Research and help initiate collaborations with influencers, artists, and industry professionals.
Email Marketing:
Build and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new content, music releases, and live sessions.
Manage fan outreach and communication.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in social media management, preferably for musicians or influencers.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and trends.
Ability to edit videos and use platforms like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a growing fanbase.
Knowledge of the Latin music scene or bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
