Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing

JOOLA is seeking for a Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing that will oversee the development and implementation of paid media and e-commerce marketing strategies across in-bound and out-bound channels and platforms. This role will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening customer acquisition, expanding the consumer pipeline, and achieving new sales objectives through online and offline sales channels. The ideal candidate will be able to both drive the integrated marketing strategy as well as lead the Growth Marketing team, working closely with our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Partnership, Design and Content teams. Additionally, this role will require experience forecasting multi-tier media and advertising spends and long- and short-term campaign budgets, working closely with our Business Analysis team to analyze and optimize performance and track ROI.

Reports to: Sr. Director of Branding and Content

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute top-down integrated marketing strategy and campaigns across all sales channels, including digital, social, and traditional sales and media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DTC, asset design, content placement) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage media spend and campaign budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and sales.
  • Analyze audience and platform across multi-level, simultaneous campaigns, spend, and ROI to develop and present performance-specific reports to leadership.
  • Oversee and manage the Growth Marketing and Paid Media team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the sports and lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing and executing end-to-end integrated marketing strategies, and multi-channel audience growth strategies, including tracking and creative planning is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
