JOOLA is seeking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecast preparation, and performance monitoring.

Reports to: Global Senior Manager - Accounting
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily financial operations, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and contract terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Support the finance team with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls.
Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in finance-related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
