Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant II will provide essential support to the Disability Management Team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department. This role requires a dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable individual who is committed to maintaining confidentiality and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to disability management cases.
Communicate effectively and tactfully with employees, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Manage incoming correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a medical or corporate setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
Proficient in using various database systems and software applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
