BGSF has teamed up with a large manufacturing organization based out of Itasca who is in search of a Customer Support Specialist. They are currently looking for someone on a direct-hire basis and will operate fully onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with customers regarding questions, issues and inquiries
Assist customers with new orders for parts and supply
Expedite and track delivery schedules
Process purchase orders in a timely manner
Provide general oversight for account management
Support the distributor sales team
Provide support via phone and email
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of account management
Experience in automotive and/or engine industry is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
