A top global finance firm is seeking a talented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing a team of support staff, and implementing policies and procedures that enhance productivity. Your strong leadership skills and organizational expertise will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture while collaborating with various departments to achieve our company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in office management, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Salary: $140k - $175k base + Bonus

This role is 5 days onsite in the Financial District in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Office Services team while maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and oversee vendor services.
  • Manage office budgets, invoicing, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Coordinate office space planning, ergonomics programs, and visitor management.
  • Organize internal office moves and facilitate emergency training events.
  • Develop and implement office services policies and ensure a well-maintained workspace.
  • Support office buildout projects and special events.
  • Collaborate with offices nationwide

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities and office management, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong people management skills and experience dealing with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Experience managing an office of 200+ employees
