What You Will Be Doing
Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manages manpower accordingly for multiple tasks/projects.
Oversees a single medium sized project or multiple smaller projects.
Mentor less senior staff. Manage multiple Field Engineers/Foremen on multiple smaller projects.
Evaluate Field Engineer/Foreman and craft employees performance and identify training needs.
Perform all duties of the Field Engineer/Foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.
What You Need for this Position
Requirements
3+ years of supervising Commercial Projects in Healthcare, Multifamily or Senior Living
Experience running a project from $5M - $35M+
Ability to drive and have a license
Willingness to travel when required. This is not a travel position necessarily. Most projects will be in Triad area
