The responsibility of the Managing Director Assistant/Associate Financial Representative is to assist the Managing Director with administration, personal production, marketing, anticipating needs of the agency, making recommendations and taking independent action within areas of authority. An Associate Financial Representative specializes in client service while ensuring the maintenance of an efficient and compliant office.
Qualifications: • Strong computer, keyboarding, Excel and Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with people of all levels. • High degree of organization skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Willingness to learn. • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. • Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner. • Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner.
Licensing Requirements: Candidate must possess license or obtain by dates listed below • Life and Health Insurance (Six months of hire date) • Long Term Care Insurance (Six months of hire date) • SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (Eighteen months of hire date)
