Job Description:

Position Overview
The Electric Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of electricians on various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the electrical trade, with additional experience in HVAC systems being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of electricians on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide installations and repairs. Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise, providing hands-on support when necessary. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide training and mentorship to less experienced electricians on the team.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial electrical systems. Experience with HVAC systems is highly preferred. Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage a team effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients. Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings, and to lift heavy equipment as required.
