Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Location: Beverly Hills, CA (office location)
Salary: $170K-$200K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 10+ years of Estimating experience

Our team has been in the construction industry for more than 75 years, offering preconstruction, construction management, and general contracting services for a variety of project kinds, such as office, mixed-use developments, historic buildings, residential, education, infrastructure, life sciences, and seismic renovation.
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as
required.
Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the
customer/owner.
Lead estimate/preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and
the project team.
What You Need For This Position
10+ years of commercial construction experience
