We are committed to providing an environment where are team will thrive and grow. At this time we're seeking a Help Desk Technician (MSP) who has previously worked for a MSP.

The Help Desk Technician (MSP) will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting Windows environments, server administration, basic network tasks, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work mainly in the Riverside office, with occasional travel to client sites using a company vehicle (minimal).

Help Desk Technician (MSP) Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate dispatching resources 15% of the time, while providing 85% hands-on helpdesk support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (Tier 1/1.5 level) quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Manage and support Windows Server (2008-2022), AD user account management, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Assist with firewall configurations and administration of SonicWall and Cisco ASA devices.
  • Handle end-user setups, email, and printer setups, and troubleshoot email vulnerabilities and password resets.
  • Utilize ConnectWise PSA, Ninja RMM, ScreenConnect, and IT Glue for documentation.

Help Desk Technician (MSP) Technology Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2008-2022 (IIS, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs
  • Basic network administration
  • AD administration (user accounts/security groups)
  • Azure Entra ID and Intune
  • VMware and Hyper-V skills
  • Exposure to QuickBooks or Sage Accounting Package
  • Experience with SonicWall and Cisco ASA is a plus
