Within this role, you'll perform a wide range of duties supporting the operations of the Technology team, focused on: • managing leadership events, including planning and production • producing, editing, and reformatting documents, including briefs and other communications being sent to executives • assisting with the project management of team initiatives • supporting the development of strategic and operational plans for the department • curating resources and conducting internet-based research • creating mechanisms for the tracking of team metrics
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management • Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence' • Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership • Ability to work independently, balancing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
