experience advising public companies related to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance & exchange matters.Candidate should possess excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Annual Salary: Up to $390,000

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with advising public companies or investment banks
- Strong background with SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters.
- Member of the California Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
