What You'll Do:
As a Temporary Workplace Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, managing front desk operations and providing top-notch service. Your role will include:
? Front Desk Operations
Greet visitors and employees with a welcoming smile.
Manage sign-ins and ensure security protocols are followed.
? Employee Support
Address inquiries and provide support on office policies.
Resolve employee requests using a ticketing system.
? Meeting Space Coordination
Assist with booking meeting rooms and ensure spaces are well-prepared.
Monitor room usage and adjust bookings through Google Calendar.
? Mail & Facilities Management
Oversee mail services and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with facilities vendors to handle repairs and maintenance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. You'll be working closely with the Workplace Services Supervisor and other team members to create a positive and organized workplace experience.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
1+ years of office administration or related experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Familiarity with service ticketing systems or productivity tracking tools.
A proactive, customer service-oriented mindset.
