Our client, a distinguished custom home builder with over five decades of industry excellence, is seeking an experienced Director of Field Operations to lead and oversee the on-site management of their residential construction projects.

Focus:
Lead field operations, managing multiple residential construction projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality execution.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all field operations align with company standards and client expectations.
Oversee the implementation and adherence to safety protocols, building regulations, and compliance with local codes.
Ensure effective use of construction management tools for scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking, with a focus on maintaining efficiency and cost control.
Resolve any on-site challenges that arise during the construction process while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, particularly overseeing field operations within residential development.
In-depth understanding of construction techniques, industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, specifically within the residential homebuilding sector.
Proficiency in construction and warranty management software, as well as project scheduling and budgeting tools. Familiarity with BuildPro is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams, contractors, and client relationships.
Strong problem-solving ability, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to on-site issues.
Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on high-quality construction and customer satisfaction.
