Job Duties
Processes multiple staff expenses and credit card statements
Daily processing of invoices
Process hourly and salary payroll on a weekly and biweekly pay schedule
Manage insurance compliance
Process change orders, contracts, release of liens and subcontractor payment applications
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills; with a customer service focus towards the field project teams
2-3 years relevant experience in the construction industry
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat proficiency required
Construction financial management software familiarity such as CMIC is helpful
Experience with Timeclock Plus, Ebix, Corpay, Kofax, or Imagetrust is preferred
Experience with AIA documents preferred
