Lead core project teams while being responsible to monitor and document project scope, schedule & cost, stakeholders, goals, success measures/criteria, etc.
Act as collaborative partner with all stakeholders and PMO team members.
Adhere to and champion existing PMO methodologies (ex. Project charter, viable requirement, and UAT test results) and governance (ex. documentation of meeting minutes and cadence, change control and adherence to agree upon communication plan).
Lead customer acceptance testing and/or training
Create, maintain, and deliver critical project documentation (e.g., communication plans, risk register, issue log, status updates, budget, etc.)
Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Project Management experience.
Working knowledge of software development tools
Efficient in Microsoft Project
Previous experience working with vendors and building trust in client-facing roles required
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, escalation, and influencing skill
Preferred:
Both Waterfall and Agile methodology experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
