The Scrum Master II is responsible for delivering maximum value to the customer by facilitating Scrum processes and managing traditional project management duties. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Conduct daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprints (every two weeks).
Follow program increments quarterly and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes.
Handle meeting logistics, including note-taking and action item follow-ups.
Proactively manage and communicate blockers or delays in work progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders on NDAs, vendor relationships, and legal matters.
Team Coordination:
Act as a central point of communication for the team.
Ensure the team is on track with their tasks and follow up on ticket statuses.
Communicate potential delays or issues with leadership.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master.
Exceptional people skills and ability to work with a diverse group.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing more than one significant project at a time.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; knowledge of SAFE principles is a plus.
Experience with team dynamics in a technical environment.
Telecom background is beneficial but not required.
