Our History
The company was originally founded as the furniture dealership, Intelligent Commercial Environments (ICE3D), in 1992. Our success was built on strong client relationships through exceptional service. Julie, a long-time designer for the company and her husband, Doug Wolfe, acquired the company in 2020. Over their tenure with the industry, they recognized a gap in the market for a true end-to-end tenant office build-out experience, that would reduce miscommunications from multiple vendors and provide the client one main point of contact. They brought on an experienced Denver architect with over 25 years of expertise in tenant improvement to head up their architecture team in 2020. Since their acquisition, the team has grown by more than 50% to support the amazing response to the turnkey approach.
Candidate Skills, Experience, and Background
Must possess and be willing to use an Architect License.
Must have experience using Autodesk Revit.
Must be able to interpret, review and produce complete sets of blueprints/ drawings/plans.
Experience with CAs (Construction Administration) a nice-to-have.
Must have experience working on Commercial TI projects or more complex projects.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $80,000 - $140,000
