We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer for a Fresno company. You will be responsible for supervising operations, management of policies/procedures, contracts, grants and more. Responsible for following compliance for internal and external laws, regulations, provide strategic supervision for all departments, developing/managing department budgets, process improvement, strategic planning/growth, supervise departments such as HR, facilities and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 5 years of Executive leadership experience and a record of managing a high-performing organization.
Experience leading a non-profit or related company would be ideal.
Creative problem-solver thriving on solutions and strong collaboration/communication across the organization.
Critical thinking
Proven ability to help teams achieve their full potential and nurture an inclusive culture.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
Strong work ethic, maintain high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
