What You'll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee a skilled team in the creation of top-tier Certified Reference Materials, setting the standard for excellence in calibration and reference standards.
Drive Quality: Engage hands-on in the production and rigorous analysis of calibration materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and NIST traceability.
Innovate and Improve: Collaborate with Quality Department to refine our quality systems and enhance our processes.
Support and Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to meet customer needs and support the recertification process.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Leadership: 5+ years of related experience with a track record of effective supervision and team management.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in calibration, instrumentation, and metrology, with hands-on experience using vacuum pumps and systems.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Google G-Suite, MS Office, or Libre Office
