What will your role be?
Scalian is looking for a Project Management Officer with project life cycle experience in a manufacturing environment. You will provide top-quality project management service and maintain high standard of excellence in all assigned project management functions
Activities:
Create and adjust detailed schedules for sustainability projects to align with timelines and milestones
Supervise project execution to ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope completion, enhancing environmental performance
Address sustainability-related challenges, including technology and compliance issues, with strategic solutions
Track project progress and report to stakeholders on achievements, challenges, and improvements.
Use Agile practices for efficient project management
Maintain accurate project data in tools like Google Sheets for reliable reporting
Create and manage budgets, adjusting for sustainable practices and innovations
Engage stakeholders to align project planning with sustainability goals
Identify and mitigate project risks with effective strategies
Enforce project management best practices for efficiency and environmental objectives
Manage and communicate changes related to sustainability targets or regulations
Evaluate completed projects and capture lessons learned for future improvements
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Business, Sustainability or similar qualifications
Advanced level in applications (e.g. excel, word and data studio)
Understanding of PMO, PM and Bid processes, methods, tools & procedures
Working knowledge of Agile or comparable principles
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, or 5S preferred
Strong communication skills (clarity, consistency and adaptability to audience)
Fluent in English languages is required
Fluent in French or German is a plus
