We seek your experience and are expanding our Detailer/Drafting team based on multiple, complex and challenging projects recently awarded.
JOB SCOPE
Our Detailer/Drafting team create the technical shop drawings for the manufacturing and fabrication of our multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects. You will be a contributing member of our Detailing team on projects that have among the highest number of visitors within the museum industry.
Experience of a minimum of 5+ years is required based on project complexity in exhibit fabrication, architectural millwork, high end cabinetry, or interior build.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITON
Either experience in AutoCAD background (2 dimensional shop drawings) AND/OR AutoDesk Inventor experience in 3 dimensional models and shop drawings synthesized from design and engineering documents, including architectural, structural and MLP.
Knowledge of Bills of Material and material properties.
Strong drafting skills.
Ability and interest to work creatively and independently to engage in self-directed product research and provide workable solutions to highly imaginative design challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration, building relationships with colleagues.
Hands on experience with fabrication techniques, equipment, and processes a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Engineering or Technology OR Trade School or Associate's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
