Primary Job Requirements:
B.S. in analytical chemistry or related fields with 2+ years in small molecule oral formulation development.
Experienced in solid dosage forms, blending, and compaction; eager to learn advanced formulation techniques.
Skilled in molecule characterization using HPLC/UPLC, DSC, XRPD, and TGA.
Expert in excipient use and solubility enhancement, capable of managing multiple projects.
Self-driven, excellent at collaboration, adaptable in a dynamic, results-focused team environment.
