As Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing products and services. You will also be responsible for developing performance metrics and monitoring programs. As part of your role, you will be expected to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.

Provide training and guidance to other team members.
Stay informed of developments in the mortgage industry and suggest product updates accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis software, such as Excel and SQL-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills including JIRA, Confluence and understanding of SDLC
