What you'll be doing: • Work with an assigned book of business who are personal lines, insurance customers • Communicate via phone and email with clients with questions on rates and claims • Learn the details of the 23 insurance carriers they work with (this takes about 3 months)
Who we're looking for: • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required • 3-5 years of customer service experience (with at least some of that being in insurance) • An enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills
