Job Description:

We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at a Global Company to join our client near Des Plaines, Illinois. The role involves serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This role requires a proactive, communicative individual with a strong background in customer service that can provide white glove service. Hours are from 7:30am-4:00pm and have excellent benefits!

Responsibilities:
• Serve customers by providing detailed product and service information and efficiently resolving any issues or problems they may encounter.
• Take responsibility for opening customer accounts by recording account information.
• Ensure customer records are accurately maintained by updating account information regularly.
• Address and resolve product by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Utilize skills such as Answering Inbound Calls, Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Order Entry, and Track Shipments
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

Requirements:
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound-outbound calls
• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Skilled in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
• Experience with order entry and tracking shipments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with Magento Ecommerce platform ( or similar)
• Understanding of Business-to-business (B2B) and Business-to-business to Consumer (B2B2C) operations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
