What You'll Do:
Hands-On Troubleshooting: Dive deep into troubleshooting and repairing complex disk arrays and servers.
Technical Support: Provide critical phone support to Field Engineers, helping them resolve issues quickly and effectively.
System Configuration: Build, test, and configure systems tailored to customer needs, ensuring they perform at their best.
Inventory Management: Keep our inventory in top shape, ensuring everything is ready when it's needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: You have 2+ years of relevant experience, particularly with Microsoft Server & Windows products.
Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling technical challenges and finding effective solutions.
Physical Capability: You're comfortable with lifting and handling hardware components (up to 100 lbs).
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the team's success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Unix & Red Hat systems.
Certifications like A+, Server+, Storage+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, MCP.
Familiarity with disk storage hardware and software.
