Tandym Group has several immediate opportunities for A/R Collections Specialists with a client in New York. These contracts will be 100% remote. These resources will be focused on billing, specifically working in IDX and athena
Must Have Experience:
5 years of revenue cycle experience focused on A/R, Collections, Follow up and Billing
Experience with Claim Edits.
Experience with Denials.
Need full-lifecycle experience working denials from start to resolution
Experience with Appeals.
Need full-lifecycle experience working appeals from start to resolution, creating appeals letters, etc.
Need experience doing collections & follow-up using IDX and/or athena system
Need track record of following up on, appealing and collecting on high-dollar, complex claims (looking for collections on claims $100k - $500k+)
Experience working with IPAs & DOFRs
Experience with both commercial and government payers
Excellent customer service skills
Possesses a proactive and metrics driven approach
Understanding of most effective ways to handle work-queues
Proven experience clearing 40-80 accounts per day with an emphasis on collections made via phone.
