Responsibilities • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department with a warm smile. • Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless flow of communication and support.
Qualifications • Excellent communication skills and welcoming demeanor to greet visitors and answer phone calls with a smile. • Proficient in managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. • Strong organizational skills to keep the reception area tidy and ensure smooth operations. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of basic office equipment and computer software to assist with various tasks. • Friendly and approachable attitude to provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests. • Experience in a receptionist role or customer service position is a plus.
