Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Move Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee all logistics for moves, ensuring operations are efficient, on-time, and seamless for high-net-worth clients.
Documentation Management: Handle contracts, permits, and all client communications, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Operational Oversight: Supervise moving trucks and personnel, ensuring the team is aligned with their tasks and responsibilities.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the moving process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Invoice Processing: Accurately prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely delivery.
Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous records and ensure every aspect of the move is accounted for and executed to the highest standard.
Post-Move Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction by following up after each move to address any final concerns or feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage client and team interactions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus.
