Job Summary: The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing, and managing international payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, demonstrate solid business acumen, and have the leadership skills necessary to guide and mentor our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Billing and Invoicing: Manage the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
International Payroll: Administer and ensure compliance for international payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Business Acumen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive operational efficiency.
Compliance and Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on billing, invoicing, and payroll.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and international payroll regulations.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
