The Project Manager's primary responsibilities are to provide oversight for IT projects, impacting cross functional departments, throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategies, commitment, and goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage full-scale project plans and communications that require a significant level of cross functional coordination.
Communicate clear expectations with team members and other stakeholders, and continually manage those expectations throughout the life of the project.
Lead strategy and planning sessions as required, developing project scope with stakeholders for approved projects.
Provide steering committee status reports, which include budget, timeline, issues, risks and scope status.
Identify and resolve project issues and manage project dependencies to maintain the critical path timelines.
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects according to agreed upon scope and budget.
Develop and maintain all project documentation, including charter, project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Identifies opportunity for improvements, takes an enterprise view and drives value.

Document and maintain documentation for project in corporate PM tools (Microsoft)
Mentor fellow PM associates and foster an environment of learning and growth environment.
Conduct project postmortems and create recommendations report, documenting the successes and challenges that were experienced over the life of the project.
