Why we need you
Spiffy is growing and so are the things we need to do in order to support our customers and an expanding market. Your help is needed! You'll take on the mission-critical role of scaling our state-of-the-art AI capabilities into winning experiences for our merchants and their users, working directly with our Chief Technology Officer.
What you'll do ????
Strategize ????: Develop and execute a growth plan to rapidly scale Spiffy's user base and revenue, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities
Test and learn ????: Lead experiments from start to finish, collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketing and sales to quickly test, iterate, and scale successful initiatives
Measure what matters ????: Analyze key metrics-acquisition, retention, and revenue-to guide decisions and drive continuous growth
Collaborate & communicate ?????: Work closely with cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders updated on growth goals, progress, and results.
Who you are ????
Experienced growth leader ????: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on driving growth initiatives. Proven track record of scaling products, improving key metrics, and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in AI or machine learning products is a plus. eCommerce and consumer products background is preferred.
User-centric ????: Passionate about understanding user needs and creating products that provide exceptional user experiences.
Analytical thinker ????: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure product success and drive growth decisions that move the needle.
Self-directed ????: You operate independently with minimal supervision, thriving in kinetic and high-ambiguity environments. You enjoy the creative challenge of 0-1 product development.
AI enthusiast ????: Passionate about AI and excited to shape products that leverage cutting-edge technology to create 10x solutions.
