What you will do
oversee the design and development of new products, utilizing Siemens NX 3D/Solids Works CAD solid modeling software.
perform structural analysis using Ansys Mechanical FEA, conducting Moldflow analysis with Moldex3D software, and ensuring tooling design and procurement.
provide technical support to the tool shop
offer manufacturing support, manage automation projects, and offer technical guidance on plastic resins, colors, and additives.
issue QC spec sheets detailing critical dimensions and tolerances.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience using Siemens NX 3D CAD and Solid Works
Experienced with Ansys Mechanical FEA for structural analysis
Knowledge of Moldex3D software for Moldflow analysis
Ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to prioritize
