As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Financial Planning & Analysis team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by utilizing data & analytics to drive critical decisions and define business metrics that impact all aspects of the business.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading the interdepartmental effort to create & maintain a single point of truth for analytics and data for the company. You will report directly to the Manager of Analytics and Business Intelligence and work closely with analysts and division leaders across the company.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Oversee, audit, and evaluate improvements that are required and necessary for the improvement of analytics tools and departmental analysis
  • Aggregate data sources and improve data flow to aid in the areas of forecasting and planning
  • Exercise independent judgment on matters pertaining to analytics, data integrity, and data manipulation
  • Formulate solutions to analytical problems and effectively communicate information and requirements to other department leaders
  • Generate and develop company-wide reports that will be viewed at the executive level

What It Takes To Succeed

  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI preferred
  • Code competency is a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytical & problem-solving skills
