Job Description:
We are seeking a Machine Shop Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers and manage a machine shop.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution of jobs to employees and workstations
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Track new jobs, current jobs, and completed jobs
- Complete truck sheets
- Keep the shop organized and clean
- Hire and Train employees
- Read a drawing and inspect pats per the drawings
- Shop includes CNC mills, CNC lathes, Tool & Die Area, Key mills, Punch Presses, Grinding Machines, Plasma Table.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay range is $26.00-$29.00 per hour with a full benefit package.
