Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Irving, TX. This permanent, full-time position offers an hourly rate of $24, with the potential for overtime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounts receivable process.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Utilize Excel for VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data.
Operate within Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial transactions.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience performing 80 manual journal entries per day.
