A leading hospital system in NYC is seeking an Epic Security Analyst for their Technical Applications space. This person will be involved in the day to day operations of the epic security team. This person will be expected to maintain the EPIC SER (Provider) database and work with the members of the users and security workgroup, the provider (SER) workgroup, Epic Project teams and SME's. The following responsibilities are below:
Performing in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and audits.
Developing and documenting internal procedures for Epic applications.
Designing, building, testing, installing, and maintaining solutions.
Using critical thinking to provide system solutions that meet business needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst
Epic Security or Epic Cadence Certifications
Must be able to solve problems with minimal direction, and must be able to think independently. This position requires a person who is a self-starter and can perform the job without consistent guidance
