Job Description:

Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible assisting with the daily operations of supporting the closing department.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Generating Closing Statements for All Co-op closings
  • Preparation of closing statements for initial Sponsor Sales
  • Recording co-op closing fees/title transfer fees onto excel monthly closing spread sheet
  • Scanning closing statements and documents and emailing same to "ZenDesk"
  • Deliver building closing fees to A/R attached to closing statement.
  • Deliver FSR checks to Supervisor attached to closing statement to be electronically deposited
  • Filing closed files
  • Assist with preparing stock certificates and proprietary lease as needed
  • Assist with preparing condo closing statements as needed
  • Provide support to Associate Closing Agents as needed
  • Maintain Spreadsheet for "Outside" closings conducted by outside attorneys

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or higher required.
  • A high level of energy and a strong bias to service excellence and getting things done with a sense of urgency.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & Office preferred.
  • Possesses personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Well-organized, efficient and has a good sense of priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
