As the company prepares to double in size next year, this key role will oversee corporate purchasing operations and report directly to the COO.
Requirements:
Proven ability to estimate materials and labor for residential and light commercial construction projects.
Strong verbal and written skills to convey project requirements effectively.
Proficient in numerical analysis and cost management; adept at creating and managing performance control models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Construction Management or Supply Chain Management preferred)
5+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction
