Job Title: Project Manager 3 (Non-IT)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Client: Federal agency
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: $79/hr. on W2
Number of Days Onsite per Week: 3 days per two-week pay period. Subject to change.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix):
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Development (or closely related field) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's or master's degree.
Experience should include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Project management experience in the electric utility sector with an emphasis on transmission assets is preferred.
Required Technical Skills & Experience (required on matrix):
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
