The Holganix team is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support our agronomic data and testing projects. We are excited to add to our team someone with a passion for planning and executing projects
At Holganix, we revolutionize the way the world grows by manufacturing and distributing a liquid microbial solution (think of it as a probiotic for soil) to primarily farmers (but also landscapers, golf courses, and performance turf users) across America and Canada. Our solution dramatically increases soil health, ultimately improving crop yield and reducing the need for other inputs like fertilizer, pesticides, and water. Passionate about planning and execution, developing project plans with successful timelines, resources, and budgets. A solutions creator who is excited to work with the broader teams in the office and in the field to drive wins.
.• Background in managing the logistics and operations of testing and collection processes throughout the United States (ideally in agriculture), working closely with external parties to ensure accurate and timely results.
Loves working with the team to process the storage and analysis of data with a focus on high integrity quality outputs. Able to collaborate with data scientists and agronomists to help form insights and create action plans.
Super organized with an eye for details, focused on quality control measures throughout the projects to ensure all data and processes consistently meet internal and industry standards as well as regulatory requirements.
Great working with all sorts of tools, experienced in preparing detailed project reports and dashboards with a variety of software platforms.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management
PMP certification greatly valued but not required
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (MS Project, Monday.com Asana, Trello)
Technical proficiency with agriculture data management and analysis tools (GIS software, John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView, etc.).
A background in managing projects/programs related to carbon sequestration is highly desireable, but not required.Excellent and demonstrable skills in organization and communication.
