Location: REMOTE
The Business Process Owner/Project Manager (BPO) is accountable for creating, sustaining, monitoring and advancing global supply chain business processes. This individual will collaborate with the Global Business Process Managers and global, site and regional stakeholders to mature business processes, share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
This individual will be responsible for achieving the following objectives: • Advance and sustain Jurisdictional Control global business processes • Collaborate with global network to increase integration, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement • Support multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars (Plan, Source, Deliver, Enable) to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing process portfolio and improve existing processes • Create and deliver training content to a global audience • Support system ownership, enhancements, S4 upgrade and administration (system access and SOX compliance) • Identify, quantify, and lead change management efforts with cross-functional impact across the network • Advise network on issue resolution and best practices

Pharmaceutical Jurisdictional Control Background
*Global supply chain background in pharma industry is ideal
Supplier call notes: • Former experience highly preferred • Must have Jurisdictional control (global controls and processes around the authority approvals into quality and medicine supply chain business processes) experience from a pharmaceutical perspective (person will be involved end to end) • End to end supply chain knowledge will stand out** (able to speak to different phases of manufacturing/etc.) • SAP background and experience is critical • Looking to complete two interviews total •"Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
