Rolling out Windows 11 across the environment. We are in search of an Analyst that can help us receive the laptop/desktop devices, maintain inventory, image laptops in bulk, configure and install applications and ship devices to users across the US. This role will manage the image and deployment of multiple devices per day and will need to have an excellent organizational skill to keep everything tracked. We use Intune for our imaging process and have a detailed process to follow. A spreadsheet where the inventory will be kept will also have the list of users receiving their Windows 11 laptop. The spreadsheet will also keep the model each user will be receiving. This role will also need to possess a strong teamwork skill to collaborate with the local, regional and even global IT teams, as needed.
Key Skills Needed:
Experience: You should have at least 3 years in IT.
Communication: Good at talking and writing clearly.
Organization: Able to keep things tidy and manage your time well.
Technical Skills:
Experience with imaging PCs (making copies of computer setups).
Able to install and set up software on computers.
Familiar with Intune Autopilot, a tool for managing devices.
Responsibilities:
Receive and keep track of laptops/desktops.
Image laptops in large batches (set them up for users).
Install applications and send devices to users across the U.S.
Use a spreadsheet to manage inventory and track which devices go to which users.
Teamwork:
You'll need to work well with others, including local and global IT teams.
Physical Requirements:
You'll need to sit for long periods and lift items up to 15 lbs.
