We are looking for a Manager, Business Insights who will partner closely with our Sales and Business Insights team. We want you to bring your enthusiasm for sales forecasting, technical design, creative problem solving, and executive storytelling to Entertainment Partners. The successful candidate in this role will deliver compelling visualizations that makes complex data understandable, approachable, and actionable for our global sales team. You will spend time creating, connecting and iterating on dashboards that are Executive friendly yet have depth to help sales understand their book of business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement new innovative and flexible sales forecasting models
Drive forecasting analysis on closed business, pipeline, and gap to goal.
Incorporate 3rd party data into Salesforce to enhance market insights and expand pipeline.
Drive weekly business reviews from data extracts to sales insights.
Support global automation initiatives for forecasting, market share and pipeline management.
Partner with sales to enhance processes and evaluate the impact of improvements.
Create projects and update critical pipeline fields via task queue requests.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
5+ years' experience in data analysis with background in Tableau/Salesforce/QLIK a plus
Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting, data visualization, statistical analysis, and key metric tracking
Proven ability to create executive level insights and impact analysis
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to iterate as you work on projects (Agile framework/background a plus)
Must have strong written and verbal communication at all levels
Experience with SQL/SAQL or Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
Advanced proficiency with complex forecasting
Advanced MS Excel skills
Advanced use of visualization BI tools

The Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 a year and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
