Responsibilities
The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders into ERP system. This role will be the front line of contact between customer, sales and warehouse teams. Will execute strong collaboration with sales team to ensure that best in class service is achieved.
Qualifications
2+ years in Customer Fulfillment or related role with emphasis on order to delivery process
3+ years demonstrating proficiency in MS Office Suite
1+ years experience in NetSuite or other ERP program
Demonstrate outstanding customer care qualities
BA in Business or related field preferred
