Our client, an UHNW Executive, is looking for an Assistant to join their team. In addition to providing administrative and operational support to the team, this individual will report to and support on a daily basis our contractor and "network" connector, in order to advance fund raising initiatives.
Candidates must be willing to work between Greenwich, CT and NYC offices.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
High level personal and administrative support - calendar management, travel coordination, expenses, prepare meeting agendas
Event coordination - pre-planning, creating guest lists, on-site event management and execution, post event analysis
Communication with high-profile individuals/clients
Serve as the liaison between the Chief of Staff, the Principal, and contractor
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Previous expereince working in a corporate environment
Great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized
Ability to work independently
Discretion and professionalism
High level of intellectual curiosity
