LHH has a client who is a leading organization within the global financial services industry looking to add multiple Customer Service Representatives to their growing team! We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives who have experience within the brokerage operations, investment banking, or capital markets industries. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Rate: $19-$21/hr.

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Fully Remote

Duration: 6 Month (with some possibility of extension)

Target Start Date: Mid to late October

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across brokerage operations, investment banking, and capital markets.
  • Including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Handle complex inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company products, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document and track customer interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer service software.
