As a Manager, Product Management (Principal Product Manager) for Analytics and Automation Platforms, your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies, create roadmaps, and drive the implementation of A10's analytics and automation platforms for our infrastructure security and application delivery solutions.

Job Description
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy to enhance our analytics and automation capabilities of SaaS and on-prem offerings. Define short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives and A10's corporate priorities.
Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points and gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development efforts.
Create and manage the product vision and roadmap for both short-term and long-term outlook, prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and defining epics and user stories with clear prioritization. Provide clear direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Interact with the go-to-market (GTM) and customers to understand their needs, articulate the benefits of the A10 solution, provide high-level guidance on the solution's capabilities, and gather feedback and feature requests as necessary.
Partner with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans, product collateral, and marketing campaigns for product launches. Support the GTM team with customer engagement and EBC presentations.
Gather feedback from our customers to continuously improve product offerings. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prioritize initiatives to address customer pain points.
Define performance metrics to track the success of product offerings and feature sets. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
6+ years of product management experience with a focus on networking, security, cloud or application delivery.
Previous work experience in the areas of visibility, monitoring, analytics, observability or automation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategies
Strong communication skills both in written and oral form
Skilled in and comfortable with presentations for both internal as well as external audience
Experience in implementing technology solutions in an agile framework
Bonus Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge in DDoS protection, WAF, public and private cloud networking, or application delivery.
Experience in building SaaS products with the use of AI and Generative AI in analytics and observability products
Expertise in software products licensing, and subscription-based pricing
Team management experience, including growing and mentoring a team for success
